By accessing or using stakings.online (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where its use would violate local law.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Automated abuse, spam registration, or circumvention of anti-bot protections is prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Staking Products & Risk

Staking involves financial risk. Yields are targets, not guarantees. Digital assets are volatile and past performance does not indicate future results. Do not stake funds you cannot afford to lose.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are settled on-chain in USDT via supported networks (TRC-20, BEP-20 and TON). On-chain fees and network congestion may affect timing. Minimum thresholds and fees are displayed in-app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to freeze accounts pending review.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, particularly for abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
